Joe is a former outward bound instructor, a river and mountain guide & an EMT. He has a degree from the University of Colorado in Political Science and Economics, MBA in Social Entrepreneurship from Colorado State University. Joe is currently the co-founder at Desta Technologies, a client lead generation platform for freelance guides and adventure outfittersBritten Ferguson grew up in Eastern Washington before going to the business school at the University of Washington. His work as a bilingual guide and educator motivated him to start Revolución, a bike travel business that takes people on inspired cycling adventures throughout Latin America.
