Dan is the founder of Bolt Collective, a community of travelers coming together to unlock otherwise impossible experiences like a fleet of boats sailing through the fjords of Norway, a horseback expedition across Northwest Iceland, and a private island takeover off the coast of Honduras. Dan’s adventures have taken him to 50+ countries, with stints living in Argentina, the Czech Republic, and Mexico, long bicycle rides across the United States and New Zealand, an (ultimately ill-advised) 500 mile walk across the island of Cuba, and planned travel for friends and family across Panama, Argentina, France, and Thailand. Dan’s professional background is in the production of experiences for brands like Airbnb and the Rockefeller Foundation. He’s also the creator of Subway Sets, a sold-out concert series bringing New York’s best underground musicians up to rooftops above the city. Previously, Dan worked in growth marketing at technology companies Lyft, venture capital firm the Collaborative Fund, and Getable.
